UKZN student wins Maths Olympiad

On Saturday, 21 August 2021, university students from across the country competed in the ASSA South African Tertiary Mathematics Olympiad (SATMO). Aaron Naidu, from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Ralph McDougall, from Stellenbosch University and Tim Schlesinger, from the University of Cape Town, walked away in the joint first place. James M Louw, from the University of Pretoria, took 1st place in the post-grad division.
