The South African Mathematics Foundation (SAMF) is delighted to announce the selection of two distinguished teams representing South Africa on the global stage of mathematical excellence. These teams will participate in the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) in London, United Kingdom from 11-22 July, and the Pan-African Mathematics Olympiad (PAMO) in Johannesburg from 12-22 August.

These exceptional individuals were selected on merit based on their outstanding performance in the 2023 Old Mutual South African Mathematics Olympiad (SAMO), followed by two intensive training camps. They will compete against talented peers from across the globe, showcasing South Africa's commitment to nurturing mathematical talent and fostering international collaboration.
